We work with over 400 events every year, from small 5Ks to large marathons, from charity rides to national Gran Fondo series. Our team is on the ground 52 weekends a year and our suite of services will take your race from start 2 finish.

Virtual Challenges

These days, we all need some extra motivation and inspiration. Invite your employees, members or fans to a Virtual Challenge that promotes exercise and camaraderie. Give them an integrated robust fundraising tool so they can raise money for your cause.

Event Management

Our team of Race Directors will produce your race from start to finish including course certification, permits, course development and marking, water stops, race day set up and clean up.

Timing

Your participants will have their own disposable timing chip attached to a fully customized bib that we print in-house. Results are posted live online with an email and text message sent to each finisher as they complete their race. Each participant’s individual results link will include a finisher certificate, all relevant splits, ranks and any award that they won at the event, all immediately available online!

Cycling

From charity rides to short track events to gran fondos, we know cycling. We’ll handle your registration set-up, course design, on-site logistics, timing and results.

Printing and Embroidery

Unique apparel is a great way to promote your event and increase your participation, ultimately benefiting your sponsors and beneficiary. Our in-house artists will create original artwork or use your existing artwork to design a custom and unique identity for your event.

Medals and Awards

Let’s face it, everyone loves a medal. With our purchasing volume, we can get your medal pricing down to an affordable level so when we get asked the most common question, “Will this race have finisher medals?” we can say “YES!”

The Trailhead
