Individual Challenge: Tackle the course solo, striving to cover the maximum number of laps in the one-hour timeframe.
Two-Person Team Challenge: Grab a partner and take turns completing laps. Teams can strategize their approach—whether alternating laps or running longer segments—to maximize their total distance.
At the end of the hour, total laps are tallied to determine the top finishers in each category. It's a test of endurance, speed, and teamwork, with plenty of excitement and encouragement along the way!
