The Cleo T. Hudson, Jr. Memorial Foundation was founded to develop and provide scholarships, ongoing mentorship, and transformational community involvement/relationships in the world that we live in.

The purpose of the Cleo T. Hudson, Jr. Memorial Foundation, Inc. is to remember the life and continue the legacy of an upstanding and loving husband and father as family and friends remember what his life represented.

Our foundation encompasses three components; scholarship, mentorship and community involvement. Annually, the foundation will award scholarships to eligible young men. As we continue to partner with families to provide guidance and experiences, our Mentorship Matters Roundtables are hosted throughout the year. Additionally, when we recognize a need within the community that we are capable of meeting, we will develop a plan and execute the plan of action to give back to the community.
